Focus: Food preparation and cooking skills
The students will learn how to use different types of skills when cooking to independently prepare and cook various recipes as a practice for when they complete the coursework exam. |
Focus: Identifying different cuts of meat/fish/shellfish and fruits and vegetables The students identify how animals are reared and used for meats and the different cuts used for each animal. They research how fish is farmed and the different cuts and investigate the farming industry in this country and how our food is grown. |
